Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

If you are entirely dissatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note) is mandatory.

KUTCHMIRI reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is returned in a damaged condition, shows signs of use, or has missing parts not caused due to our error.

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Please clearly mention the KUTCHMIRI Order ID and Customer Name on the return package.
  • Share the return shipment tracking details via email at kutchhmiri@gmail.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received:

  • We will inspect the product and notify you regarding approval or rejection.
  • Inspection and processing may take up to 7 working days from receipt of the return.
For Prepaid Orders
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • The refund amount will reflect in your bank account within 10–15 working days, depending on your bank/card issuer.
  • A return processing charge of ₹319 will be deducted if a prepaid order is returned without acceptance at delivery.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
  • Approved refunds will be issued in the form of a Credit Note, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Security Notice: Do not share bank details with anyone via phone, email, or message.

Treatment of Discounts
  • Any coupon code or promotional discount used while placing the order will be fully deducted from the refund amount.
  • Discount reversal will be non-proportional, irrespective of quantity or value returned.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, or
  • The product was damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Exchange requests must be raised by emailing kutchhmiri@gmail.com.
  • Exchanges are offered only for the same product, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
  • No cancellation fee will be charged.
  • A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • To prevent misuse, if a customer cancels multiple prepaid orders consecutively, refunds may be issued only as a Credit Note.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
  • If cancellation is requested after dispatch or courier handover, a flat fee of ₹500 will be deducted towards logistics and handling charges.
3. Cancellation Procedure
  • Customers can initiate cancellation through the “Returns & Exchange” section on the website.
  • Requests will be accepted only after successful customer verification on the system.
Force Majeure

KUTCHMIRI shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”).

Force Majeure Events shall include, but are not limited to:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, landslides, avalanches, severe weather conditions, or fires;
  • War, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or public disturbances;
  • Epidemics, pandemics, health emergencies, or government-mandated lockdowns;
  • Acts, orders, or restrictions imposed by government or regulatory authorities;
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or industrial disturbances;
  • Disruptions or delays in transportation, logistics, courier services, or supply chains;
  • Power failures, internet outages, or system failures beyond reasonable control.

During the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, KUTCHMIRI’s obligations under this policy shall be suspended for the duration of such event, and reasonable extensions of time shall be allowed for performance.

KUTCHMIRI shall make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable once the Force Majeure Event has ceased.
